Instead of intermittent fasting try eating how you normally should but healthy meals. I tried fasting too for weight loss and it was better for me to just eat at the usual times i did before but healthy meals and i lost weight fast on top of doing emi’s workouts

Listen the first day I did this I was KO and the next day I couldn't properly sit because of the pain. But I'm on my 5th day now and the moves are getting easier. So don't give up. Judging by the pain and sweat I think it should do something. Planning to do this for a month so I'll update the results.

I love the in bed workouts but I feel like you would most likely burn more if you did standing workouts because you move more .

I don’t know if this is true but I’ve seen some people claim that laying workouts are more beneficial than standing workouts if you’re working your abs because when you’re laying you’re more able to engage your core and since you’re laying gravity has less of an effect on you, unlike standing workouts, which make it more effective than standing

You cannot isolate fat loss like that. If you do cardio and workout every day, you will lose fat overall which allows fat in your face to lessen as well.

Emi have you ever thought about applying more progressive overload to your workouts? Don't mean to sound condecending but workouts like this will mostly only burn a few calories, not really build muscle or change your body shape. Everyone has different goals, just curious if you are already happy with your state and just maintain on purpose😁

while she was doing them I could already see where I could add weights and resistance bands or just not put the leg on the floor with some and was excited to try out all my ideas. I think this workout allows for a ton of weighed or more cardio focused variations, also an unexperienced watcher might injure themselves by jumping directly into a weighted variation without proper core strenght, ofc it's just my thought
