This was fabulous. My only criticism/suggestion is I wish you'd posted onscreen the list of upcoming burnout exercises so I didn't have to keep stopping the video to grab a different set, then go back, then start again. (I will write them down next time I do this one so I am PREPARED.) But honestly, I've been following lots of other fitness goddesses but no one else offers videos like you. They are so dynamic and fun and really effective. I am a huge fan VL. xx

Love it . Even i have only a pair of 8,5 kg dumbells it was sweaty and made mevfelt my upper body ❤️‍🔥

Technically, today is a rest day. So I did this training session using much lighter weights than I normally would use because this fitness community and the training sessions help me set a positive tone for my entire day. Every day :)

Hi Maria, you can’t target “belly fat” with abs exercises - or any exercises. It is sadly a very common fitness myth and a huge misconception. The best you can do for your whole body - including that stubborn belly area - is continuing with the workouts in the STRONG SUMMER program & watching what you eat 💖💖💖 all about balance, you don’t have to take any drastic measures!

I tried few of your Tabata workouts and I love it 😘 😘 really feel burn at the end of workout I just want to ask HIIT vs Tabata from which we burn 🔥 more calories??

Calorie burn depends on you individually, your weight, heart rate, how much weight you are using etc. HIIT and Tabata are both intense workout styles!

It’s a tabata style workout - it is meant to be fast paced. You have 10 seconds to switch between different exercises. Hopefully the full screen previews of the exercises help.
