Wonderful class: very challenging but doable. I modified the Teaser, bending my legs so that my back does not arch when the arms move overhead. So much great work in the abs throughout the workout; and I love the SideOver on Short box translated to the floor: felt powerful. Thank you!

Thank you for this excellent class Mira. I enjoyed seeing the Reformer exercises as something new for me. You are the best instructor I've found for giving easy to follow cues and reminders on how to correctly hold positions.
