I have never added a comment here. When I woke up this morning with a good sore after this amazing workout yesterday, I felt its about time to leave a comment. I was introduced to Sydney Cummings during the pandemic by my teenage daughter. I have been a loyal fan of Sydney's workouts and do them 4-5 times per week. I love her energy, how every workout is different, her positive attitude, and that she feels like your best friend. These workouts are hard, and I love that she gives options to dial them up or down. I have recommended this channel to many friends and family members who are also now fans. This workout was one of my all time favorites! Sydney, you rock!

I started working out with Sydney in 2018 & had amazing results! Which might be why I had a baby in 2020 😂 Came back in 2021 after postpartum eclampsia and finally starting to feel strong again. I’ve even invested in heavier dumbbells 💪 Sydney’s post workout talks, and all of the wonderful ppl all over the world who support you on these comments is POWERFUL! Keeps me motivated.

Went on a 10+ mile hike this weekend, traversed 2 mountains, scrambled up, over and down boulders that would've terrified me a year ago. I made it over Breakneck mountain! Really liked this workout - straight sets, the different moves, feels great afterwards. For me instead of adding reps each time I focused on improving / maintaining good form. I find when I add and go faster my form suffers and I get a better workout by perfecting my form. Thanks Sydney!
