I love that there is no audio, some trainers can be too distracting when explaining how to do the moves. My only advice is to put in some sort of bell to signal next move or change sides. Seeing as we're busy doing the moves and focusing on our forms and not constantly watching the screen, one might miss the text of the next move :) thanks I enjoyed it thoroughly!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzbin.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I've read a lot of these comments below and felt as I've been doing pilates at top Cape Town studios for more than 4 years and can also say something! I've always only been a runner -cardio was all i did...but Pilates TOGETHER with cardio is an excellent combination. You will be a lot more toned with leaner muscle than just running. And I thought the video was very good! Great work out,Im tired now! People shouldn't be so critical! It was fun,relaxing,gorgeous girl to look at and a good work out. I do agree you need a few lessons from a trained professional first before doing a video like this on your own. Thanks Gym Ra

Hello how have you been ,you've written this comment ages ago but I want to ask you something.. I have muscles under my fat I'm pretty sure cause I love intense pilates workouts since young age but I can't get rid of my fat 😢 I'm 5'5(165cm) and 56kg I'm not fat but not a bit lean either and this is so frustrating I hate cardio btw (probably biggest obstacle to losing fat )but I'm swimming for a month now 5 days a week but still there isn't a change about my physique 😔 should I keep going to swimming or start running (i seriously hate running tho )

I love this workout, it is no joke! I never would have picked a beginners workout but this just started playing from one of the lists I was on. Gave me a great burn! I also enjoy how there is no verbal instruction because I can play whatever music I want in the background.

This is my first time doing Pilates and I’ve been doing this workout for 5 weeks so far and my butt got more lifted and looks bigger I’m so happy I finally found a workout that works and I’m still eating the same, it looks like I have a hourglass shape now 😊

I LOVE this video. I do it every day. I think that the girl's smile gives the viewer a lot of encouragement and it makes me smile, too. I also think that her clothing is not provocative at all. I don't understand all those people who post those negative comments.

This was a BLISS! I was about to fly away when I stood up at the end... or so I thought. Legs were so light. Or heavy... one of the two, I can't tell. HAHA! This is such a great workout! Hands down my favorite. It really works all your muscles. More like intermediate level. Workout becomes easier as you do it more so don't get discourage. Thank you for uploading such a great workout.

I just recently had epidural injection in my lumbar. My doctor told me to begin core exercising rather than lifting weights. So I gave this video a try…And it was a work out! The toe dipping had me squealing 😌 with defeat. I will definitely continue to work out my core following these exercises. Thanks for the Video.

The benefits of Pilates are amazing, and there is definitely no 'supernatural' stuff in it! Have you been to a Pilates class??! I teach Pilates to pro athletes to improve their performance, and to people with back pain and other health problems. They have ALL benefited. You're telling me there's no resistance in the plank? Or press ups?? Honestly, go to a Pilates class and you'll feel the workout it gives you. As for cardio... The control you learn with your breathing in Pilates is priceless. And yes, I do know by whom and why Pilates was invented. I've studied it for 3 years.

RESULT: so after maybe 8ish years of doing various parts of this workout, I can say I finally have the body of my dreams! The butt section is a killer! Pair it up with Squats and you’ll have a firm bum that sits up high! The roll like a ball part seriously helps with posture, which makes you stand up taller. Trust, everyone will notice you when you walk into a with your exquisite posture! (Also combined this ballet beauty 👌🏾) Thanks GymRa!

This plus a little cardio does the body beautiful! Only workout that makes my butt smaller and firmer! ladies do this. Its just hard first week but it gets easier because your body gets stronger.
