I especially loved the Morel sauce, it’s morel season in Texas and I wish you could see what we foraged at our family Ranch last weekend, your video came at a perfect time! Also I love how you specially point out to use the Bamix to make the foam. Bamix is probably one of my favorite tools in the kitchen, it’s such a workhorse and has been in my kitchen for almost 10 years!
