So here is what I do. I work out with weights 4 days a week, take Magnesium and Zink every evening before bedtime. I eat Pumking seeds and Chia seeds and Omega3. I eat healthy in the week with lots of Cruciferious vegetables and some cheatmeals during the weekend. Most of what you've said here is correct. But once again, the bad information comes when you go to the carbohydrate statements. Those are not only wrong, but dangerous. I've been doing medical research for over twenty years, and worked in renal research for a lot of it. Low carb diets do NOT raise estrogen, nor do they lower testosterone. We've had subjects on long term low carb diets, and their test levels are actually higher than the norm. males of their age and activities. I myself have stayed on a low carb diet for more than a decade, and I have extremely high levels of testosterone, and lower levels of estrogen. The rest of the information is good, but that segment should be edited.

EVERYBODY IS A SCIENTIST NOWADAYS
@neosrdjan6714 жыл бұрын
Well, YACINE, you MUST be... Scientiests, mostly, HAVE NO GOOD INTENTIONS FOR YOU. They say they have, but in reality it is a BIG LIE. Because, if you are smart enough, you can see that REAL SCIENTISTS, are ALMOST ALL brainwashed workers for some Company or Goverment, and have Agenda to make you a Zombi. A Living, stupid, brainwashed body. Living stupid, unfulfiled life. If you want to live such a life, OK... OTHERWISE, when you get awake and recognize that kind of pattern in the WHOLE SOCIETY, then you have to make a DECISION. WHAT Life I WANT TO LIVE? And, if you don't want to be Zombi, you must become your own Scientist. And that is the most precious decision you can make in your life. I guarantee you. Because you take over YOUR NATURAL POWER to LIVE YOUR LIFE - in your hands. And, that IS the CREATOR (GOD) IDEA from the first place... You must TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for you own life... not to GIVE AWAY. That is an answer. My explanation... Cheers!

He's right about making your own decisions in life and doing what you think is right,but sometimes you shouldn't do that 100% of the time for instance when you're severely ill. So yes, I'd rather be a slave and live normally rather than "be free", slurp natural oils and die at the age of 5.

@Niggalicious he said that they are controlled and corrupted by corporations (which always carries the negative connotation) and calls people who agree with them zombies. This way he says scientists shouldn't be trusted and rejects them. Simple. There is indeed a level of corruption among them,but which way is more beneficial for you=trusting them regarding one common health issue or solving the problem yourself and potentially risking your life?

The actual problems are not addressed in this video : 1. The fact that we have to get up in morning to work no matter whether our sleep is compromised. 2. Diet and proper nutrition depends on availability and spending capacity which vary person to person. 3. The cost of gym membership to use different effective equipment are very high and unaffordable. 4. Unless we are provided free healthy food, time & stress free environment, its hard to imagine any better result.

From my own experience i did saw a bad change when i started to get stressed at work more often then normal or usual and for more time and even coming back home with those ugly thoughts that only made me feel worst by day. I had bad sleep because of it and also i didnt felt like doing anything with my free time(like relax at least). After I decided to not care at work I started to sleep better and to just enjoy my free time. I also added about 1 hour each day of home workout that is more then I ever did. Working out really makes me sleep better because I have the feeling that my body is tired and not just my mind and It is much easier to fall a sleep. I probably dont eat super healthy but I also dont smoke/drink and on top I dont abuse any type of food. Sugar is my last on the list. So I just eat what makes me happy because otherwise why eat if its another chore. Overall for me stress was my top priority to eliminate and I hope the future will put more time and effort to make our life easier and stress free. Remember that we all want a super cool future with many things to help our lives but so far all we did is to make us work more, faster and forget about free time. Not to mention work from home and during hollydays. I dont remember this to be a problem if we look a few generation back when all that really matters is body strength since most was done by hand. Remember the cartoon The Jetsons ? he complain about pushing a button all day...that was his job... I want that type of work in a future ...not to have a race with an A.I. and see who works faster or else you lose your job etc. I hope my wall of text helps someone that has the time to read it. Take care!

Perhaps we should rewind back to the life our great grandparents lived when money was just a tool for exchange of goods and not the goal to lose our sleep after. People grew most of their own food, and also grew some decent muscles and lived around forested areas breathing oxygenated air instead of the cocktail of greenhouse gases. They had natural ideas to groom themselves instead of the harmful cosmetics. May be it's very easy to say that the choice is between convenience and health. As of now we seem happy with convenience, but should we be happy? Not sure.

@Captain Obvious My perspective is on some parts of Asia. Anyways, I don't trust the methods the "scientists" have used to guess these life expectancy figures. There are not enough fossils available to gauge the life span of entire population. They used some conjectures to arrive at these figures. These figure will include a baby dying after birth and a man dying at 90. Also deaths could include lives lost in wars. Not so reliable. I will trust the anecdotes left behind by people in journals, epics (especially Indian Ramayan and Mahabharata, etc.) about longer healthier life spans. India, China and some Mediterranean regions have been enjoying very high population, thanks to some conducive environment for food and climate through the ages. There is something in the way of life in these regions that may tell us more about ways to extend life. The life extension we have today are mostly drug induced and with people restricted to bed for many years before their death.

I'm going to out on a limb here, and use inductive reasoning: the increased estrogen can begin to change brain structure, and over time affect behavioral patterns in men. This would affect the brain scan parameters scientists are using to determine if it's possible to be "born into the wrong body." I've read the study, and I have to say, it isn't very scientific at all. Just my thoughts.

@@diego.e.a my thinking is that there are no controls in the study. Have a group of males with typical make structure, and ask them to make behavioral/lifestyle changes and give them scans over the course of the study to determine how and where the structural changes are taking place in the brain. Use the same control for females. They have already shown with many studies that behavioral patterns do, in fact, change brain structure; just not as it pertains to this.

Once I started to focus seven to eight hours of sleep on week days, (with much more on Sundays and sometimes Saturdays) along with excersizing five days a week (which was what is regular for me, because I was a high school football player), In about three weeks I already noticed that I felt healthier and felt better.
