I'm 50 and did a check up on my Testo levels. They messure it on a scale from 8 "being low" to 30 "being very high" I was at 19..the doctor first asked me if I was taking steroids 😁..when I told him no he simply said..whatever you do..keep doing it because you got great Testo levels for a guy at 50 years old. So here is what I do. I work out with weights 4 days a week, take Magnesium and Zink every evening before bedtime. I eat Pumking seeds and Chia seeds and Omega3. I eat healthy in the week with lots of Cruciferious vegetables and some cheatmeals during the weekend. I take vitamin D3 and Ashawagnda root and 1000mg of vitamin C every day..try to sleep 6-8 hours every night and have as much sex as I can...ohh and I skip any kind of milkproducts.

I do flyes with 66 pound dumbbells and squat 330 pounds for 6-8 reps..so keeping the weights up helps with the Testo realese during the night. It's also important to keep the Estrogen in check to give the Testo some room. Cruciferous vegetables helps with that..eat Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower basically all vegetables that tastes bad is good for you..😁..Good Luck!👍

Great video. I am naturally a stocky guy but everything bad is in my stomach and chest. I started at 355. I stopped drinking soda first...lost weight. Started eating better lost more to 319. Then I went to Dr and found my testosterone was real low. I then started the gym and the better meals. I got to 265 before Thanksgiving 2018. I worked out to much and hurt myself. Took some time off,gained some back but am getting back on it now the hurt is gone. I'm excited still to be better at 47 this year. Thanks again for your video. Knowledge is power.

You forgot to add eating 6-7 times a day )and having sugar with every meal. ))) Carbs raise sugar levels even if you eat those once a day- not very good to keep bodyfat % low. The latter prevents estrogen from accumulating in fat tissue. Plus intermittent fasting and regular longer fasts will do the rest. From that standpoint, no carbs or sugar in the diet will be better than "balanced high carb" diet. IMO

Well to much testosteron causea the body to adapt. Basically the body stops producing it since tje body sensors detect abnormal amount in the body. Sadly the bidy thinks that it is doing it so it make testoterone glands in active. Once the steriod user stops using the roids is the problem since the glands are not active and may never recover. Most of what you've said here is correct. But once again, the bad information comes when you go to the carbohydrate statements. Those are not only wrong, but dangerous. I've been doing medical research for over twenty years, and worked in renal research for a lot of it. Low carb diets do NOT raise estrogen, nor do they lower testosterone. We've had subjects on long term low carb diets, and their test levels are actually higher than the norm. males of their age and activities. I myself have stayed on a low carb diet for more than a decade, and I have extremely high levels of testosterone, and lower levels of estrogen. The rest of the information is good, but that segment should be edited.

Well, YACINE, you MUST be... Scientiests, mostly, HAVE NO GOOD INTENTIONS FOR YOU. They say they have, but in reality it is a BIG LIE. Because, if you are smart enough, you can see that REAL SCIENTISTS, are ALMOST ALL brainwashed workers for some Company or Goverment, and have Agenda to make you a Zombi. A Living, stupid, brainwashed body. Living stupid, unfulfiled life. If you want to live such a life, OK... OTHERWISE, when you get awake and recognize that kind of pattern in the WHOLE SOCIETY, then you have to make a DECISION. WHAT Life I WANT TO LIVE? And, if you don't want to be Zombi, you must become your own Scientist. And that is the most precious decision you can make in your life. I guarantee you. Because you take over YOUR NATURAL POWER to LIVE YOUR LIFE - in your hands. And, that IS the CREATOR (GOD) IDEA from the first place... You must TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for you own life... not to GIVE AWAY. That is an answer. My explanation... Cheers!

The actual problems are not addressed in this video : 1. The fact that we have to get up in morning to work no matter whether our sleep is compromised. 2. Diet and proper nutrition depends on availability and spending capacity which vary person to person. 3. The cost of gym membership to use different effective equipment are very high and unaffordable. 4. Unless we are provided free healthy food, time & stress free environment, its hard to imagine any better result.

From my own experience i did saw a bad change when i started to get stressed at work more often then normal or usual and for more time and even coming back home with those ugly thoughts that only made me feel worst by day. I had bad sleep because of it and also i didnt felt like doing anything with my free time(like relax at least). After I decided to not care at work I started to sleep better and to just enjoy my free time. I also added about 1 hour each day of home workout that is more then I ever did. Working out really makes me sleep better because I have the feeling that my body is tired and not just my mind and It is much easier to fall a sleep. I probably dont eat super healthy but I also dont smoke/drink and on top I dont abuse any type of food. Sugar is my last on the list. So I just eat what makes me happy because otherwise why eat if its another chore. Overall for me stress was my top priority to eliminate and I hope the future will put more time and effort to make our life easier and stress free. Remember that we all want a super cool future with many things to help our lives but so far all we did is to make us work more, faster and forget about free time. Not to mention work from home and during hollydays. I dont remember this to be a problem if we look a few generation back when all that really matters is body strength since most was done by hand. Remember the cartoon The Jetsons ? he complain about pushing a button all day...that was his job... I want that type of work in a future ...not to have a race with an A.I. and see who works faster or else you lose your job etc. I hope my wall of text helps someone that has the time to read it. Take care!

Perhaps we should rewind back to the life our great grandparents lived when money was just a tool for exchange of goods and not the goal to lose our sleep after. People grew most of their own food, and also grew some decent muscles and lived around forested areas breathing oxygenated air instead of the cocktail of greenhouse gases. They had natural ideas to groom themselves instead of the harmful cosmetics. May be it's very easy to say that the choice is between convenience and health. As of now we seem happy with convenience, but should we be happy? Not sure.

@Captain Obvious My perspective is on some parts of Asia. Anyways, I don't trust the methods the "scientists" have used to guess these life expectancy figures. There are not enough fossils available to gauge the life span of entire population. They used some conjectures to arrive at these figures. These figure will include a baby dying after birth and a man dying at 90. Also deaths could include lives lost in wars. Not so reliable. I will trust the anecdotes left behind by people in journals, epics (especially Indian Ramayan and Mahabharata, etc.) about longer healthier life spans. India, China and some Mediterranean regions have been enjoying very high population, thanks to some conducive environment for food and climate through the ages. There is something in the way of life in these regions that may tell us more about ways to extend life. The life extension we have today are mostly drug induced and with people restricted to bed for many years before their death.

I'm going to out on a limb here, and use inductive reasoning: the increased estrogen can begin to change brain structure, and over time affect behavioral patterns in men. This would affect the brain scan parameters scientists are using to determine if it's possible to be "born into the wrong body." I've read the study, and I have to say, it isn't very scientific at all. Just my thoughts.

@@diego.e.a my thinking is that there are no controls in the study. Have a group of males with typical make structure, and ask them to make behavioral/lifestyle changes and give them scans over the course of the study to determine how and where the structural changes are taking place in the brain. Use the same control for females. They have already shown with many studies that behavioral patterns do, in fact, change brain structure; just not as it pertains to this.

Ok, I'm 16 and I've been struggling with some "issues" for 1 1/2years now. Tell me if this could have caused it: -Gained 30lbs in a short period of months. -stayed up untill around 2-4 in the morning almost every night -ate completely unhealthy -completely inactive for about 95% of the day since the beginning of 2018(I'm homeschooled) -Have high blood pressure because of gaining the weight. -Started dealing with heart and circulatory problems Could this have caused the "issues"(ed and low libido).

Dude, if you live that life now as 16, you won't live to see your 50th birthday. Get off the computer games, hit the gym and above all, cut down on all the shit you put in your mouth, preferably stopping all together with pizza, McD, candy, chips whatever. I'm certainly no better, but I started only a couple of years ago cutting down on junk food, and only recently going to a gym. I'm 47 and I have a hard time keeping up because Im in such a bad shape. Don't let that happen to you.

Insidious ain't it? It's funny because some research I've read about *may* indicate that red wine (not in excess) boosts testosterone while any beer/lager/stout will decrease it. But we have a social image of wine being the "girlier" of the two drinks. I'm a guy, but I've always preferred wine to beer when I learned this I became grateful for my taste preferences

Hey man, love your guy's videos. Although, I especially noticed on this one that I felt a little dizzy after watching it lol. There was too many "7th grade powerpoint effects" (for lack of better terms) as in a lot of rotation effects and overall a bit overwhelming. If the editor(s) could focus on presenting the information instead of making it super flashy, that would be very much appreciated, at least in my opinion. As mentioned before, keep up the good work and videos though

@@SuperJosteen If I´m not mistaken male pattern baldness is based on the conversion rate of testo into DHT, some guys have high test but don´t convert a lot of it so they don´t go bald too fast, and some guys have average test but convert more so they go bald. Ofc if you have higher test it makes sense that you´d have a bit more DHT in your body too but I don´t know if it´s really correlated like that.
@SuperJosteen
@SuperJosteen 5 жыл бұрын
@@Mrraerae Its not really becauae of that, Naturally more test means more dht but each person's body response to DHT is different, for example creatine usage raises DHT level significantly and have been linked with baldness in some study, but what is interesting is that not everyone who use creatine experience the balding despite the increased DHT being measured in their blood.
