I make this for when I want to lose weight, here’s the recipee: 1.Take two whole grain slices of bread and toast them with or without butter, your choice 2. Choose your choice of meat/protein, it could be eggs, chicken breast, tuna or beef but make sure to cook it with little oil or no at all 3. Take 5-10 pieces of lettuce, and place them on your bread. I usually put on 7 4. Cut up tomatoes and also put them on. Then choose whatever other veggies you want 5. You can put some sauce on the bread too. But make sure to use only 1-2 tablespoon of the sauce. 6. Basically I would eat this on my diet days, and would lose from 1-2 kg in 3 days. I want to not overwhelm myself with a too strict diet so that’s why I make this ( tip: drink a full glass of water 30 minutes before eating)

I do the same, but I also use hummous for a vegetarian/vegan option. I also use this polish rye bread. (It is a bit crumbly though and is best eaten as soon as it's made.)

You could lose weight eating those foods and exercising it starts very slowly but it’s better cause you won’t gain weight easily like you would if you ate very little food and then get it all back and maybe even more cause you get bored obviously,i know what you mean but these foods are ok to eat to lose weight👍🙂

Just started watching 2 of your videos due to my bad cholesterol symptoms and now, I'm your subscriber👍👍🙏🙏🙌🙌😉 PS I soooo crave for the chicken and rice recipe so much because being an Asian I eat rice on a daily basis and so many of the recipes are made without rice. I made salad Nicoişe with Tuna according to this recipe today. The taste is not that bad actually, but if u are someone who has a high cholesterol problem, i suggest to ditch the egg yolk and use fresh steamed tuna for the topping. And one more...if u still cant let go those fatty, greasy, tasty delicious foods, dont try to follow the recipes, you'll be surenderred to eat this salad on your 1st spoon.

Potatoes are always needed to be fried, because it has highest glycemic index of 78, fries have 66. Above 69 is not recommended. It leads to faster absorption of sugar after potatoes are eaten.and diabetes will come after 4 decades
