Have you ever had a pain from pressing up on your big toe? I love your videos and doing a lot of the ballet legs as well as the different minute arm workouts. I’ve been practicing releves maybe a bit too much! So now I’m looking at your leg and booty workouts to give my toe a break.

I've always noticed the ballerinas have some of the best calves of most athletes - figured i would give this a try to grow my calves. Now i understand why ballerinas have such big calves, these are hard!

@@ActionJacquelyn For sure! They're my new addition to my calf routine, i do these daily now and also workout my calves with weights and jump rope at the gym a couple of times a week! Time for growth!

day 3 and my calves are still BURNING - and I also do calf raises everyday when I brush my teeth

LOVE that you're doing these while brushing your teeth!! I always incorporate movement like this while doing dishes, making my coffee, brushing my teeth etc - nice work!!

is this going to make your calves bigger, though? I hate the size of my calves and want to make them smaller so I'm nervous to do any workouts that involve jumping or calf raises, etc
