Really enjoyed the cool down after the steps. Had to cut that one to 2500 steps due to time constraints unfortunately. I get up early to do this challenge and am so enjoying it. Thank you. xx

This is my only struggle. I have arthritis on both knees and can't squat anymore 😕 I'm still trying but everything is great!

I started doing these fab 50’s workouts last March at the beginning of lockdown! It is the first time I have ever actually wanted to do exercise with enjoyment!!! Thankyou so much. They are all fab. I am 63 from England and want to stay fit for as long as I can to help look after my grandchildren, one of whom is disabled with complex needs. This website has been a life saver for me! Love it!!!

Finish off everyday with this cool down stretch love it. My favourite - the Asian squat, I now find myself doing extra 30 seconds of it during the day! 👍🏻

Hi Schellea U've made me realise how important stretches are before and after excersises. I do mine religiously and it's made a difference! I've been having knee problems and doing all the knee excersises I can to prevent further damage. My physiotherapist maintains it's more important what one does at home. U divine goddess🥰

Was feeling so unfit after stopping Pilates classes due to lockdown - body seizing up and daily walks though pleasant, don’t cut it. These exercises help me to regain fitness gently without injury. And doing it with Shell means I have company! I’m 60 in June.

This stretch is perfect, I did it after the 5000 step video. I have worked out 40 days in a row. I feel fantastic for a 69 yr old. I notice I am stronger and can excercise longer. thank you for these fantastic workouts.

Just started your routines with 10 min body workout & cool down. Am 71 so found some of them a bit hard in the cool down😏 but guess perseverance will help. Have been doing walk routines with Leslie Sansone so needed a change of scene. Thank you. From london area.

I can't say enough how much I love not only this routine but many other of your routines! They have helped me lose weight and tone. Here is a song request...Oh Baby by Pat and Gabe featuring Johnny Boy. It would be a great song for a stretch or cool down routine!

Day 10 and only just got it in before evening...so glad I stopped to do this. Your voice encourages me to go further than I would. It’s working, thank you Schellea a million times. No one who doesn’t suffer can understand what its like to live with pain, but this has been better than any medication x

I love the variety of your exercise routines. They are not too hard, and the time frames make them very doable. The cool down stretch is great and the start your day stretch videos are a great way to start and end the day. Your calm soothing voice and encouraging words add something special to the workouts! My hip had been hurting since yesterday. I did one of your 5 min warm ups, a 10 min HIIT workout & this 5 min cool down .. no more achy hip!

This is a great stretch routine. I can't balance on one leg while holding my knee and circling my ankle, but I'm determined to get there. I can't do the Asian squat either, but I'm determined. Thanks for the challenge.

I don't usually enjoy doing exercises, although I have been doing a yoga-type routine for the last couple of years, otherwise, at 64, I think I'd be wheelchair-bound by now. But I have to say I love your exercise routines. They really get me moving at a pace I can keep up with yet feel like I've worked my body thoroughly.I usually try to do a warm up, a HIIT and tummy routine or weights and a cardio and a cool down. You're very inspirational. Keep up the good work

Great after exercising..I'm going through my peri menopausal period..and find these stretches great...your exercises have changed my life!! I can't believe how fit I feel..I wouldn't of believed it prior to lockdown..thanks!!

So good as always. Thank you...I’m working hard to get in as much exercise as possible before a foot operation puts me out of action for a couple of months at the end of March......I will continue doing upper body exercises with Schellea so that not everything goes to pot...x
