I continue to do these stretches every day and just recommended to a good friend with foot pain. Highly recommend for those with flat feet. Thanks Kassandra!

The first exercise is excruciating to me (flat feet, bunions, years of wearing heels) but I feel it will be very beneficial. Thank you!

Be careful or don't do what hurts, especially if it's excruciating : /.... Maybe support yourself with a chair, place towels or cushions behind the knees..... I double twisted an ankle and feel that foot is now struggling becoming more flat than my other. Sigh, not fun 😛

As someone who has weak ankles, no arches, and bunions, I must say these REALLY help these areas. Namaste!

That first pose was killer, but helped so much. I'm going to do this at least once a day for about a month, and it shouldn't be so bad. Thank you for this!

Ooo these were some of the best stretches i’ve done for my feet! Really felt much better after. Definitely going to come back to this vid again

Downward facing dog & paddling the feet while doing this pose definitely helps my feet & ankles! Thanks so much!

Thank you so much for this! I’ve been having agonizing foot pain and went to the doctor and they just said my feet suck anatomically and that’s just me now. So you can imagine how helpless I feel about it. But this helped SO MUCH! They feel so much better! Thank you!!!

Maybe try going to a different doctor. A doctor who doesn't listen to you and gives you the feeling to not matter at all and gives you that helplesness shouldn't be a doctor anyway

Thank you! I am a runner and had a compressed, burning right ankle. This helped. I’ve had this before and had x-rays done. They told me to stop running-ha-yoga always helps heal me!

I work in healthcare. The past few days I've been on my feet for hours at a time. These are intense stretches but my feet already feel better.

I just did this to help relieve some intense foot pain from my lifestyle (I'm a runner and I work a very active food service job, so I needed to recover from a 5-mile run in the morning followed by a 10 hour waitressing shift). It really helped, thank you so much!

First would like to say I adore your yoga videos & do them pretty much every day! It's amazing how great they make you feel. I have bad feet bunions , arthritic toes, flat feet & the off heel & arch spurs. Stretching like this has helped. However the 2nd stretch for ankles I am unable to sit back onto feet. Knees are comprised so is there a variation of this I could do? Thank you...namaste

I have been doing your short vids for over a year now and love them! I just found this one and had high hopes for a new exercise for my troubled feet but these ones are all incorporated into some of the other videos which I do all the time. My big toe and my next toe are the same length so the first toe stretch only works for those long toes ( one of which is a painful mallet toe) and no amount of adjusting incorporates the other toes. Do you have anything else in your repertoire? Thanks

Nice and basic but effective. Please be aware of knees. Don’t do anything with knees that hurts.

Hi Kassandra and thanks as ever - what you call "toe squats" - I call "Parent's Pose" - as that is the pose you are in when picking up crayons, crumbs, Legos and other toddler fallout off the floor :-)

If you pray (Namaz) five times a day properly. There is now way any of your body part gets worn out before time

It could be appropriate to have a much closer look to the toes position and to the soles in the execution of these important exercises.
