Please start a dumbells only series for the people who can only afford a pair of dumbells at the moment. You may include bench too but first try to stick to dumbells only. A similar series for barbell too. Thanks!

I bath only once a day. That too in the evening. I have problems with the soaps, so I have moved on to shower gels. I mostly don't eat sweets. I'm very specific, only 1 or 2 small pieces

Hello Jeet plz. make a video on chronic constipation. I suffer from it like many others in India. My case is different bcoz I have to take psychiatric drugs due to some mental issues. Its a side effect of that. For the same reason I am unable to empty my bowels fully. I want six pacķ abs and great athĺetic physique but unable to do so due to the same reason. Plz. guide me.

Oili foods bohat kam khata hu iske bawajood mere face ki skin bohat hi zyada oili hai, ye mjhe samajh me nahi ata, iske sath hi face ki skin most of the times kharab hi rehti hai, pimples tanning and all that.
