Finally, finally, finally I was able to go into a headstand! I've been practicing yoga for 1 1/2 years and today I got up the courage to go into a headstand without the assurance of a wall behind me and I DID IT! Thank you Tim for these videos and how you have helped my yoga practice progress every week. Namaste.

I'm really amazed by what a good teacher you are, Tim. Your practices are humble and not show-offy, and really effective. I really hurt myself doing yoga incorrectly for a long time, so coming back to it after a long time off, I wanted to learn how to do poses I thought I knew correctly for once. Thank you, Tim for continuing to share and continuing to make such a profound difference to all of us who watch!

Excellent class - I loved all the hip openers, which are exactly what I need. I found the instructions about focusing on the hip crease really useful, too. I also love the way you now give the instructions live rather than by a recorded commentary, which sometimes can get out of sync with the video. Thank you!

core section with the visualization of 'traction' -- head going towards back wall and base of the spine pulling opposite direction: bravo! engaged my abdominal muscles in a deep way i've never felt before.

Tim, Great practice. I like the change of pace, the in depth explanations and, mostly, the series going from plank to pulling in your knee and arching the back as in cow pose. I still can't bring my leg from down dog to between my hands without help. That little exercise helped me get closer.

Tim, I really like it when you give time in corpse pose with us. It gives us a lot of time to really receive the benefits before the next video kicks on, or an add. Thanks Tim.
@myfunkyhat8 жыл бұрын
I found this too, but then I realised there's an autoplay function you can turn off (at the top of the suggested videos on the right hand side), if you turn that off the next video won't play. Unless you're watching on a playlist and then I don't think that function is there.

Hi Tim. I've been following your videos for about a year and donating when I have a chance (which I wish was more often) to the channel. I love your classes and I appreciate all the pointers you give about how to keep my body safe during my practice. I have one small request: Longer videos. You have a few hour-long ones and they are phenomenal. I'd love to see more of them...or even longer videos.

Hey Tim! Been practicing with you for a few years now, but really dedicated to your style ever since the new year an the 30 day challenge -- it's been seriously so great, thank you so much! My "total yoga body" loves it.... I have a question though -- despite several years of practice my hip flexors and/or upper thighs are just so tight -- same thing that stops me from being able to go deep at all into a seated forward fold and straighten my legs in boat pose. My core feels so strong from your practice but lying on my back with feet straight up seems to be making that even more tight...Do you have any advice, specific stretches for that? Just time and practice or do you think some bodies just won't get there? Thanks again, happy Sunday...
