I know this will kill me.... But I will still do it😅😅 Update: I DID IT. IT KILLED ME. 30 Minutes Workout, but it took me 40 minutes to complete it. I took longer breaks, but I did it somehow.👍👍

It's been a month since I started doing planks, without moving claws and elbows, I do it in two sets, 40 seconds in one set and 15 seconds in the other, am I doing it right ?? And I have saggy fat belly 😭
