This past year my back was in pain pretty much every day. I started doing this almost every day and it’s helped tremendously! I’ll go days without my back hurting now. Would love a short video for the hip flexors!

This woman and her exercise workout is a jewel. Back pain is as chronic (and far more painful) than the common cold. It gets everyone at some point in time. Thank you for this great video.

This was probably the most fun/simple to follow back strengthening exercise I've ever seen. This person is so full of life and it feels like she's transmitting her energy to the viewer. I also felt all my lower back pain disappear in one minute which is absolutely unheard of for me. Awesome stuff.

I get very ill and had to stop running and stretching for about two weeks recently. Started to get back pain for the first time and 15+ years because I felt my back muscles were turning to Jell-O. Wanted to strengthen my back muscles again because I knew that was the problem. Your video got me completely back on track. Did it religiously every day twice a day in the beginning. It’s a very short but effective way to get your back into shape. Thank you very much for helping me get back in my groove!

Thank you so much; I'm only 25 years old but I've had back problems for the better part of my life owing to poor posture. I've been having increasingly bad back pain for the last few years, and your simple 5-minute video was more explanatory and helpful than any of the Physio or Pilates I have been to. Thank you for the relief. :)

+john fisher if you have back problems then it will not increase in height.so I hope your and my back problems will remove early as soon as possible.

CaptainAustralia5000 I know the struggle, I'm 26 and I've been dealing wit painful back spasms for the past several months. Long story short about 2 yrs ago I suffered a back injury at work and was out for 3 months. Those same issues have reSurfaced. Which ultimately made me get back in the gym and get my body right again.

Every time my back hurts and I do these, I feel much better. I might still have some pain or tightness, but it is far less intrusive. Thank you so much for making this video.

Best back exercise ever. It’s short and quick and I’ve been pain free as long as I continue to do the exercises. She really hits on all the areas to support, strengthen and stretch the lower back. There exercises have been a God send for me. Thank you so much for sharing this video with us all.

as a person with scoliosis this amazing for your back. A tip to help your scoliosis is do aloooot of stretching and get muscles in your back because how scoliosis is created is when one side of your back is weaker and in diffrent areas

This is awesome! My back has been taking a lot longer to recover than usual. This is exactly what was needed. Feeling so great after just one session...will definitely be doing this a few times a week.

I'm starting to develop lordosis in my lower back, and my chiropractor has been telling me to find exercises to work on my back strength. I think these are a great start for me. Thank you!

Thank you for the video, I've been suffering from severe back spasms. And watching this tutorial has helped me get my body right. The discomfort is almost gone. And it's not as severe as it used to be

I love these stretches and exercises! I started doing them a few months ago after my back went out, and it has helped strengthen my back and help relieve the pain! I was wondering if you guys have a video for strengthening sore, clicking, knees? Thanks!

This is great - thank you! I would love it if you did a video on exercises to treat shin splints, which have plagued me my entire life. I know, warm-up before working out, but I get shin pain doing your warm-up routine (oh, that active high-knee skip...). I feel like I need a shin warm-up before the warm-up!

I don't have any pain in my back. I just need exercises to strengthen my back so that I will stand straighter since I have scoliosis. Ever since I had breast reduction surgery I no longer have back pain anymore!

Thank you so much for these simple exercises. I've had back problems ever since preschool (I'm 29yr old) when I was in a very very bad car accident that threw my body into the dashboard and windshield. And after having kidney stones 3 weeks ago, I found that I have 2 small bulging discs in my L4-L5 and L5-S1 area and these helped a lot! I will start doing these every day to restrengthen my back! :)

*The key muscle that stabilizes the back in the multifidus - really you only need one targeted exercise for this. **_Treat Your Own Spinal Stenosis_** at Amazon is one good resource for that.*

That was great. Back feels better already! I'm 36, 6'4 and have a long back, and too my shame am not very fit. In the last year my lower back has gone twice, it's like the rope snaps and my lower right back goes into spasm and is very painful. The second time was just a yesterday. Gonna keep up with these essential exercises... thanks very much for posting. :)

Thanks for these exercises. I slipped and fell on my back 2 weeks ago but after a trip to A & E it was just badly sprained and bruised. The pain It's slowly easing now but I'm going try these out to strength my back muscles. Thanks, great video 👍😃

I've had this very mild pain in the middle of my back for a couple of days, this immidietly made it feel better :o will keep doing this for a few days and see if the pain goes away all together
