I really didn't expect such a good burn in just 6 min, in the beginning of the 2nd set my booty was falling off 😂😂😂 but I enjoyed it, 8 months pregnant, sooo you don't have an excuse to skip, guys 😝😝

That’s a really good idea. I wanted to do 30 min every morning so I did one long one and one short one in a row. But I have to try your method to. I bet it’s also quite effective

This has always been one of my favorite booty workouts, but recently I bought a booty band and did this one again and yowza! It really makes a difference! Love feeling the burn! And love my booty band 🥹💛

Did this to activate my glutes before your 30 min dancer workout and man, this was painful but in a good way. Thanks to you saying, "you've got this" and "embrace that burn", I could end this workout on a satisfactory note. Or else I'd have not focused on doing well. Thank you!

I’m doing this exercise without the band…yes, I’m that out of shape. It was still challenging for me. For next time, I’ll have to remind me to buy a band. Anyway, your workouts are my favorite!

i feel my quads a lot more in the side steps and any variation of squats. i’m pretty sure my form is right as i make sure to keep weight on my heels and push my hips back. is this normal to feel quads a lot more? i just have trouble feeling my glutes a lot

It is super common don't worry! I find it is easier to feel it in my glutes with my toes turned out and knees pressing back. Using the booty band really helps as you have to keep pressing your knees out against the band which really gets the glutes fired up! If your feet are in parallel it's much more of a quad dominant position. I hope that helps! Try going slowly and really press down through your heels to lift up from your squat. 😊❤️
