I'm still in school and I've been depressed for 3 years (I'm better now) and eventhough i would shower every day I would still smell bad. Belive it or not until the age of 12 i didn't knew you could sweat or that deodorants exist. My parants never told me anything about that. I was so confused where the smell was comming from. Anyways I smelled bad for like a year and everyone was talking about it. Then I found out my friends were fake. I ended the friendship with most of them but one girl. Last week I ended our friendship too. I'm all alone and I don't know what to do in breaks and in my classes but I'm so much happier and healthier now. I'm scared of being alone in school tho. I want to become a model. Maybe I'll get taken out of school then (not just bcs of that lol)

I had the same thing happen to me. When i hit puberty I started to smell and didn’t realise I needed deodorant 😅 Stay around ppl who make you feel good about yourself and it will make all the difference. I’m not saying to never forgive because none of us are perfect but I wasted years being friends with ppl who purposely tried to put me down all the time because I was scared of being alone

Thank you so much for this video it really helped me and i especially relate to the speech part. I have a bad tendency to ramble and i can definitely tell that people switch off during conversations. I want to change that but I’m not really sure how to even start? Ik u gave some tips in the video but could u further explain more about how you really got started with that?

I would have loved to go into detail, it’s one of the most important things on this list but I just wasn’t sure if it was something people could relate to and it’s a whole process. Maybe I need to make a separate video on communication skills. Are you rambling out of nerves or are you just a big talker? Or is it something else?

@@Jaderoselima I think it’s nerves. I think that I overthink things and when it gets quiet I feel like people might get uncomfortable or I get uncomfortable myself so I feel the need to talk to avoid that/the silence. Sometimes it’s also because I just don’t really know how to explain myself in a way that makes sense so I just keep going until I think it does. You should definitely make a separate video about it if you can or if you have the time. It’s a huge problem for me and I would really love to see a video that goes into depth about this.

When you see someone you want to talk to try to look and them and figure out what they might be interested in that you might know something about, start your convo based on that. Example: if someone has a cat or even dog on their phone screen that’s the easiest way for me to start convo because I’m obsessed with cats 😻
