@@SwetaVerma-ui8nm Simple, Aan khana band Karo, 1 month ke ley. Milets shuru Karo. Exercise Kia karo. Jis se khoob pasina aye. Or Khali pet 2 garlic kali 2 gilass pani se Khao. Exercise se pehle til ke tel ki malish Kaia Karo. Exercise ka or khane ka time fix Karo. Mehnat wala or dil laga ke karne wala Kam hai, aise hi nahi wt Kam hota.
