I thought the same! Although sometimes I do like music, but this would allow me to have my own and continue it past the video to keep the meditative/contemplative flow going. :)

It's amazing how all the classes on this channel are kind of different but linked together to make a full practice, I used to think yoga was one long session but this channel has shown me that there is a practice for every moment. It's a beautiful life it just takes practice. Thanks!

Finally - this is the sort of yoga and movement I have always wanted to do! Stumbled upon your channel when I was searching for some yoga classes for a friends son and I thought « I’ll give these a go myself! » After about a week doing different classes and Flo’s movement practises. (Plus two animal flows) my strength, mobility and flexibility are better than they have ever been in my life. Phenomenal thank you !!!❤

I started my yoga journey years ago, but never found someone online that I trusted fully. Often yoga teachers are not aware of how strenuous yoga can be on the back and the knees. even tho I am healthy, from any repeated practice I walked away with pain. So I never got into a routine, even tho I loved yoga from the first moments. Your videos were the first that talked about injury and injury prevention. I cant even say how genuinely happy I am to finally be able to follow a routine. There are so many tipps and tricks you teach in your practice, and I am accumulating them all. It also is amazing that you say what you are doing before you do it, not whilst doing it. That too prevents me from going into weird positions to see the screens and hurry in the last second to be in tune with the teacher. Moving with the breath goes out the window then. I really learned moving in the yoga way through your videos and I catch myself doing the ujai (spelling?) breath every time I do any kind of physical activity. My body has learned how to move with itself, not against itself. I am not nearly as strong as you are, many movements I cannot do, but when you guys say this practice is for everyone you make it seem believable with how well you instruct. This is definetely a love letter for this channel and written in the post-yoga bliss. I just discovered this mobility video after following you for years and doing many awesome yoga classes. This one will stick ----for a quick "AM wake-up and get going" boost! Also I'm discovering your knee mobility videos. Thanks so much Breathe and Flo for all the love you share. I am also breathing with mouth closed more often, and with longer exhales. Ahhhhhhhh

Thank you for my first yoga practice ever! I really appreciate that you emphasize calmness and awareness while very articulately describing the movements of the body. Do you have any specific videos for dealing with ankle and lower leg pain? I am still working on getting back full range of motion and strength after ankle surgery.

I love doing your 15-30 Minute Sessions in the morning! Working as a treecaretaker so all the climbing can make your body stiff. Plus this is so good for activating the body in the morning 🔥

I absolutely loved this!!! I can’t tell you enough (or with enough words) how much I am moved by this and by the existence of this. I started yesterday with Bre’s yoga for the moon cycle, and it felt so rejuvenating and a fresh start, and today, on the second day of my period, I made her video and then this one. I absolutely love primal movement, animal movements and animals in general, and I am moved to tears that this exists. Thank you for your channel and your professionalism and kindness and your kind heart. I was ill with tendons and sinews pain during almost two years, and your video to stop neck pain while using the spine helped me so much! I did it after this one. I am just in awe discovering you and I feel it will be a long and happy friendship. I am a yoga teacher myself, and a young mother (my baby is 9 months tomorrow, and he loves moving with me!! Thank you so much for existing.

Loving these bite size practices, very useful in keeping the momentum going and feel great afterward. I'm curious, would you make a "nighttime equivalent" shorter session like this? I mean even though this one is labeled with "morning" in the title, i still did this one at night and feel wonderful after. Just curious as to if youd throw in any certain "nighttime opening postures" or something similar.

We have some nighttime practices already. You can also do this in the evening before your meditation. Evening would be more closing poses and movements than opening.

As a true beginner, I wanna say this is a fantastic video. The tempo and how clearly & easily you explain what to do; what is is-and-should-be happening, and WHY is really remarkable. Quite literally the first "yoga" vid I'm genuinely looking forward to following along with. New subscriber and fan!
