This was perfect. I used to be fit (spinning) many years ago. Then I had thyroid cancer in 2017 which knocked me down. Then we found it had spread to my neck lymph end of 2020. After this we discovered I had a paralyzed vocal cord in the mid-position which makes breathing fast difficult. I have felt so weak and 'old' for my 50 years that it has become very depressing. I hope these exercises will get me back on my feet. It's my birthday this week and a good time to turn things around.

I just wanted to thank you for all your awesome excerise videos. They have helped me out tremendously with my health and weight loss. I have health issues that keep me from doing certain exercises but with yours and your modifications to them ive been able to do them at my own pace and without causing more pain from fibromyalgia. And I have lost about 50lbs thanks to your excerise videos. Thank you once again and God bless you for all that you do. And have blessed day

I like these exercises for you abs but the cardio mixed in is great and gets your heart rate up. I am grateful for you and your video's. ❤️

💃Whew! Nice surprise, I didn't need to give myself extra pauses.This was not the case the other time I did this 👉creatively crafted👈8 minutes. Love when my faves (runners) = last, as in this. I can hardly believe how much I'm looking forward to doing the 10 min. standing abs/ muffin top. Thanks,Schellea & Buddy!💐💐💐💐💐💐💐

🥰Perfect today--if I count my pauses.🙄 If I hadn't rested extra between moves, It would have been a little too hard, I mean challenging. I already was giving myself extended pause time at spot 2.05 . I overdid it yesterday with yard work and was feeling lazy today. This workout got my body in gear. It was just enough to make me feel like I did *something. I love all of your workouts and have been doing them for years. I'll be 65 in a couple of days... Funny how this stage of life must be taken day-by-day. 2 months ago I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro --> today I'm exhausted doing an 8 minute workout! HAHA! Just roll with it. 😅

This was perfect! My heartbeat was up to 112. I really like the exercises that will decrease my hip size!! A lot of these exercises I think will do that, I'm smiling with you, thank you SO much!
