That leg comes down like a bullet when it hits the ground, yet it is not a heavy thud but a swift bounce. Wow. Chari ❤.

Oh man this is soo cool. And such a game changer. I recall wanting to improve my running mechanics and randmobly did these sorts of drills for a while, man i felt like i was running with the wind. Everything became controlled and mechanicall effortlessly. Because i got so good at running i was sprinting all the time (for a warm up), eventually i pulled something in my leg that derailed me for a long time and lost motivation to run. But now that im being active again Ibcsnt wait to start incorporating these.

You make it look so easy. But I know how hard it is. It requires immense practice. I am still trying to master A and B skips taught by you. It's tough...

Nice iformative videos. However, I am worried as a slightly overweight older runner how experienced at these drills and how fit I should be before attempting this drill? I was also wondering if you think I should master the components (straight leg bounce, cycle, and b kick) before I attempt this drill?
