Heather, I started watching your videos last year around October and just to tell you I have enjoyed working out with your videos. I went from a 36 size pants to what I use to be size 34 which is what I am now. I am 68 and feel great and sometimes. Thank you, you are awesome.

I LOVE your workouts and you are the only one I follow since you make it fun, enjoyable and time actually goes pretty fast and the workout leaves me feeling so proud of myself. My 1 hour of sweat from non stop Ab routine dried 9ff while doing this workout. Its was pretty easy for me as I'm already doing high strength AB exercises but it is absolutely great for any beginner, so keep uploading such videos!

Heather, I have a question for you: in September calendar you put abs workouts before cardio, and I remember that previously you have also put cardio and THEN abs routine. Is there any difference regarding the order? What is more effective - doing abs before or after cardio? Thank you!

Sometimes AB workout becomes too intense and you sweat out just like any cardio so its up to you if you want to do cardio before AB. But cardio is a warm up you should do first then try the AB routine. For me, I start with AB and end my 1.5 hour of workout with AB only. No cardio. Still I'm losing weight
