Bloody great videos, only thing for this one would be to add a sound cue to know your switching to the next movement. You're great!

Thank you for this video! I think the only thing that would make it better would be to have some sort of audio cue when you're changing to a different movement. Not having it means I have to keep twisting my body around wrong to try to see the screen or know when you're moving.

I know the best way is to probably give it a go. But I suffer from vertigo, and not sure if I can actually try aerial yoga. I have heard it can help doing certain exercises on the silks.

I didnt have a condition but i get sick easily even sitting in a car. It has actually gotten better after I started aerial dance. Take your time to work on your weakness, it can only be better!

You can do it!! I am a lot stronger than what I used to but far from feeling strong! hahah! I could never finish these routines in my first practice, by day 5 is starting to look more like the video. Thank you, I think stronger legs and glutes is just what I need. I also need to work on shoulders and arms, I can't hang with just my hands and lift my knees up yet. But I'm amazed at how much progress I make each time I practice. I really love your videos because you break it down into little steps which I can always follow. ❤️

Thank you for this workout! Very much enjoying your other routines. Two questions- 1) this routine had 4-5 interruptions with adds. I have never seen so many in a short 10 minute space before, very poor for working out with! Is there any way to decrease this? 2) Your instructions are very clear, I would love to see longer aerial routines for 30-45 minutes, do you have any plans to do this?

I would say this is a high impact exercise, but since its only 10 min it can vary between 50-70 per practice? It would be A lot to complete the full set of aerial fitness but it must be hard haha! Maybe thats a good challenge one day I should try

I would love to! The challenge is it takes a lot of improvision and adjustment without more space. My idea now is to find a studio so there is more space to dance in the air, also working on more low ceiling flow but its taking some time for trial and practice. Is there a song you could recommend?
