Love your use of the chair here. Such a versatile instrument for deeper stretches.

This was a great sequence. Love the overhead movements from the breathing to the band work towards the middle. Id love to see a office sequence focused on overhead stretches for those of us who sit constantly. You look great as well btw, awesome movements.

This is Steve from Mountain View, California, age 58. I ran through this routine today, and now I am watching this with my wife. We are discussing each move and planning to do it together tomorrow. One thing I have noticed is that you do exercises involving balance at the very beginning of a workout, not toward the end. Is that to reduce the risk of falling (for us older people)?

Hi Steve. I’d love to go to California- I love surfing, hiking, live music with talented young bands and great American people ! You’re not old !!! Good on you for doing it and watching it too - as you learn so much just watching. Yes usually harder exercises at the beginning as then you’ve earned your relaxation. Keep it up - and there’s over 100 other great routines on my channel

So how did it go for you?
@nav6620072 ай бұрын
@@ChittarupaYoga the first time was rather challenging, just because of unfamiliarity with some of the poses. Doing much better now. Practice, practice, practice!
