Reminds me of Tai-Chi, compact and coiled for the entire sequence. Love how you treat the body like a spring, exploring all of its ranges of motion - that is the key, in between movements there's the maintenance of that mind-body connection which breaks down without total attention and effort. I'm gonna memorize the sequence - thanks for this!

Aaron that is great and you look amazing 😉. Breathing is so important too, right? After I heard Patrick Mackeown in one of your podcasts I tried what he preaches and I am more aware of my posture and body alignment . Also, I noticed that breathing quietly in and out through my nose during exercising, specially yoga , makes my moves flow better.

anything for almost 60 year old women ,that would like to get a bit more flexible ? is there something you have for the complete beginners , because this almost killed me in the first 2 min :)
