Nice video, short and to the point. I can do the skin the cat but I have to bend my arms a bit at the beginning. I'll work on keeping my arms straight throughout.

I discovered your channel and I really appreciate your videos and your pedagogy, thanks to you, I am progressing on my calisthenics movements! :) I'm French and I'm a beginner in this sport, would you have the possibility to make a video on how a beginner who can do 15 pull-ups, 40-50 push-ups, 30 dips on average could plan his weekly training to progress in calisthenics ? This sport made me realize the many points of improvement possible such as grip strength, flexibility, sheathing and more! With all this, it is not always easy to know where to start and how to train to progress efficiently. :) Anyway, thanks for your videos!I discovered your channel and I really appreciate your videos and your pedagogy, thanks to you, I am progressing on my calisthenics movements! :) I'm French and I'm a beginner in this sport, would you have the possibility to make a video on how a beginner who can do 15 pull-ups, 40-50 push-ups, 30 dips on average could plan his weekly training to progress in calisthenics ? @@ahmadkarnib880 weighted pull ups, i personally use the weight belt, but you can just use a backpack with weights in it. and don't start doing them until you reach 8 reps, just do negatives and do bodyweight pull ups and build up to 8 and then start
