@DafieYo8 ай бұрын
weird compliment but: drew is one of the most reasonable youtubers i know? like he seems very normal and has such good opinions about the things he talks about. i totally agree with the "why do we have to constantly grow our audience" thing - it seems like a lot of creators just get caught up in trying to up their numbers, which usually leads to lower quality videos or things that feel rushed or unnatural for them. if you're able to consistently make a living from it, why can't that be enough? same with how he talks about being responsible with your time and putting in the effort even when you're not feeling creative. just all around drew seems to have formed a quite healthy view of life. also!!! don't get a team though please! the fact that you do everything yourself makes it feel a lot more authentic, and although i dont particularly enjoy the "i ordered stupid things so you don't have to" that much, the best parts of those videos are kind of when you go through the weird, misleading and strange ads and your process of choosing what to buy.

Drew is one of those creators who’s always had a real grasp on joke-telling, he’s an incredible talented comedic writer. i think that’s why his old videos/vines are so rewatchable. He’s never relied on meme references or weekly internet drama to be funny, he just is. In the beginning, sooo many commentary channels were basically just glorified reaction channels, but with Drew- the jokes that make me laugh the hardest are his. His old MS Paint screen gag and his, “I’m sorry, he’s *half* a virgin?… which half?” always make me cackle when i think about them

I think the fact that he only does one a month really adds to that-- it never truly feels like he's just throwing whatever at the wall just to have a piece of content. I'm a new fan. Just found out he existed & already love him. I don't believe you can NOT love this guy. Literally 1 of my fave channels of all time, and I JUST came across him about a week ago. So. He can NEVER be "washed" to me. I got way too many videos to catch up on. 😆🙌👑

i love how the other interviews are like "I spent a day with a LEGEND" stuff like that and for drew its just "so you dont have to"

I love Drew’s content so much. I look forward to his videos, I’ve watched every one probably more than once. They’re such a happy place for me. I think he’s an incredibly consistent and top tier KZbinr.

I was introduced to his KZbin channel when I was half way through my 7th grade year of school and was 13. And now a freshman in college and being 19 he is still my favorite KZbinr and am excited whenever he posts a new video.

honestly I think its better when Drew finds those random products and buys them himself. It feels more genuine to the basic personal consumer experience rather than being surprised by random products. I still enjoy the content regardless

I discovered both Danny and Drew from the legendary YT video (I wasn’t on Vine) and I’ve now seen all of their videos thousands of times. They’re hidden gems for sure.

the fact that Anthony is STILL taking money from BH after almost a decade of scandals is insane to me. They do more harm than good.
