Some background on this song and the album it's from. Tom, their former lead guitarist/songwriter/and twin brother to the drummer died after an extended battle with melanoma. This song was written by Dan(the drummer) to express the loss the band felt during his brother's death. In for their song 'Nihilist' it leans more in the direction of Gravedigger. The lyric video is recommended, it was written by Tom during his darkest time during his battle.

I love this song, but I really appreciate that you're not afraid to voice your honest opinion. You don't have to like music just because a lot of people do. I feel like a lot of reactors really play up and exaggerate how much they like every song they listen to. I'd rather an honest opinion than someone lying because they think I can't handle it.

I 100% appreciate that, I try and stay authentic

I dont like it because its too polished and suburban...but he LOVES Falling in Reverse. This guys pandering to Ronnie from FIR because he knows he watches and sometimes reacts to people who check out his music.
@31TV_TX4 жыл бұрын
I didn't know that about Ronnie until I started reacting to his stuff but thats bad ass, I hope he hits me up! And i was told to check out older Architects stuff, that its not as polished or radio friendly (I loved the first song of theirs I reacted to). How come you guys/gals can't handle if I don't like one song bc it's polished radio rock but I do like a song that is polished scene metal stuff? I mean, im positive you like and dislike similar stuff for similar reasons, makes no sense to me. I take each song as an individual song and react to them how I want to. I legit don't understand why it makes you so mad. And don't say it doesn't, bc if it didn't, you wouldn't say such dumb shit in my comments.

6:00 Just look at him try so hard not to get into and head bang but he'll head bang all day to FIR lol 6:54 Finally gives in

I was trying to make sure I banged my head in rhythm, I'm white so thats hard. Plus, I head bang to shitty music all the time so this is no different. Why you so triggered that I like FIR and didn't like 1 of the 2 Architects songs? FIR is far more fun, I can't help that!

Wait, did you come BACK to my video for another watch of the same video, days later, just to hate?!? Baaahahahahahahaha, c'mon man, you silly. I think you secretly either have a crush on me or are jealous. Lol, wow. Hmu if you wanna jump on the show and debate music. My email is in the description.

@@31TV_TX No I just got nothing better to do than talk shit online. Same like you. You call people triggered because they take the time to talk shit in the comments when you do the SAME THING.
@Justin-nq6kf4 жыл бұрын
Fact of the matter is if you knock Architects for being polished and radio friendly and not FIR then you're simply wrong. Literally that simple. Also you cant give any valid reasons as to why Jinjer is bad and sucks and easily not likeable.

I'm not hating, but I've never once heard this song on the radio. Everyone has their own tastes and while I prefer their newer stuff, you prefer their older stuff, which just shows how good and dynamic they are.

My guy this song is not radio friendly. Idk what kinda radio you’ve been listening to but I’ve never heard anything remotely this heavy, even on rock and metal stations. I get not liking it but let’s be honest about what it is.

This song is very far from mainstream though. This is a band that just wants to express themselves creatively and sometimes that has to be through a more emotional song.
