The only video I don't skip in between is your video because of every word is meaning ful. Now a days, the energy drinks are there for adults as well...Women's horlick, Boost , red bull etc. Will the same argument hold true for adult oriented drinks as well.

Whey protein is actually good protein source it contains 25g from one scoop which is 35gms but it must be used as a supplement and not as a sole source of protein. There are so many myths around whey protein and dubbed as an evil food but the fact is it helps in weight management but must know how to use it

But whey is convenience, 90 percent PPL in our place don't meet their daily protine through food. Inculding me. That's why thinking just to add one scoop to my daily diet.

Agree with you adding one scoop based on protein consumption can help balance our nutrients better . i don't take whey when I eat chicken as 150 gms of chicken gives me 60% of required protein for the day rest I extract from sambhar , greek yogurt etc
