i have been following the same principle, reduce the quantity of meal and increase the quality of it and its a must to consume small portioned meals all through the day. Your body will absorb less portions completely. Its as simple as the number of kids in the class, a teacher can handle less kids by taking many classes all day but its kinda hard and challenging as well to handle a bigger crowd of kids. Life is complex guys dont even dare to make it complicated.

1) New to this fitness channel sir ... Viewed some videos .. 2) Very crisp and clear videos to the point...A Virtual fitness trainer is also no less ... 3)great deal of guidance sir ... really great efforts...when you are thinking about India's fitness, we should also think abt our own self.. 4) the most important thing here in digital world , is that while searching for videos we don't have to look for too many other sources, we can follow only just 1 and your channel for any queries.. 5) please share guidance on how to have easy and healthy food for those men n women working n staying in hostel or alone... Nutrition for people staying at home and alone in hostel is totally different...Sir ... if people can know how to remain fit in hostels or alone in houses then it will be completely great...most of youth are staying like this ...

So true. People laugh at me when i have only a scoop a day. And i dont have the days i dont workout. Like rest day. I used to make a mistake of having protein shake late in the night after like few hours of workout. Wasted my shake for months until a trainer suggested me to have immediately after workout. I have it half before workout and half after workout.

bhai you can take muscle blaze whey protein isolate....it is a nice product...its an indian product.. just because they are not expensive as ON OR Dymatize..that doesnt mean muscle blaze product suck....i am taking muscle blaze protein for past 10 months....its good...dont expect your muscle to grow just on protein shake.... if you are not eating enough protein your body will not grow...then you gonna blame on the product oh its not good i didnt see the result etc...1gram for per pound..thats the ratio...and remember most of the protein should come from natural source... #happy lifting

200 gr per day means 1.4kg per weak, it means if mr. a is observing 1.4 kg protein per week so what will happen to his weight after a month? what does happen to this big amount of protein in our body

In my opinion, people in India should worship you as god! The advices you provide are absolutely genuine unlike all the other KZbinrs. The simple rule I follow: For new, intermediate people 1 Gm of protein per Kg of body weight. For Pro/ matured people 1 Gm of protein per lb of body weight. As Guru said, it depends on person to person too. My daily protein consumption: 4 eggs (16gm) + 1 portion of Greek yogurt (23gm) + 1 scoop of ON protein shake (23gm) + bread/ roti (8gm) + 1 portion of chicken breast (23 gm) + broccoli (4gm)

+sankalp uikey....you can take 2 scoop...but 90% of the protein should come from natural food..like egg,chicken,low fat curd,milk,cottage cheese...etc..i suggest not more than 2 scoop....i usually take 1scoop of protein.

Creatine cd be taken at any time of the day but it shows its best results if taken 1 hour before workout. It just boosts a rep or 2 additionally and lets your ADP to ATP cycle maximize the speed. Only few grams of creatine is usually recommended. 3-4 grams is great

Although i totally support ur idea on sharing protein into multiple meals but u implying the fact that body cannot absorb more than 24-50 gms of protien in one sitting is completely unscintific....Can you provide any clinical or scientific proof supporting your claim of body only able to absorb 24-50 gms of protien ??? As a doctor i do not see any relevance behind your concept.... dividing ur protein into portions is completely welcomef but please don't serve such unscientific logics to prove ur concepts...

By this logic people who do intermittent fasting will waste protein,as they only have 2 meals a day. The point is if you exceed your daily protein requirements,you will waste it. Any thing below that,that is below 1.9 (heavy physical activity)times your weight in kgs,you will absorb it. Not now but a few hours /days later depending on the source.eg it takes 3 hours to absorb egg protein.

Guru ji , gym to 5 Years krta aa rha hu home pe hi kabhi gym join nahi kiya but without role and diet ,,,aap ke videos dekhne ke baat diet or meal pe dhayan dene lga hu or whey protein bhi lene lga hu,,,,,or gym bhi aaj se join krunga,,,sir ,,mujhe samjh ye nahi aa rha h ki jab me whey protein le raha hu to kya mujhe wo meal follow krna pdega jo apne btaye h ,,,or kya ek din me do bar gym kr skte h kya ek din me do bar whey le skte h ,,,,or sir jab whey le rahe to kya chij nahi khani chahiye ,,,kin baato khas kr dhyan rakhna chahiye,,,
