I'm an 63 year old dude, I decided to get in shape 2 years ago so I started walking 15K a day. I lost 20 kgs, from 100 to 80. Lost much of my upper muscle mass in the process albeit my core is awesome. I use this video to tone my upper body (with 5 lbs weights only to starts though), Really appreciate it. Outstanding smile Penny. Thank you!

Hello Penny! I searched for standing strength on your channel and found this one! This was perfect so I don't put bodyweight on the floor as my left tennis elbow is still healing! I used light weights for now! Thank you so much for all your workouts! Have a fantastic day!

I love this routine, the fast moving knee exercises leave me unable to do routines for 2 weeks so these keep me going. thanks for thinking about those of us who can't move abruptly. Thanks,❤️

Hi Dear Penny, did this amazing arms and abs session yesterday evening! I really loved it especially that different muscle groups were used in one exercise. I added another 30 min upper body workout 😜 Today I'm ready for the giant sets 💕
