I'm an 63 year old dude, I decided to get in shape 2 years ago so I started walking 15K a day. I lost 20 kgs, from 100 to 80. Lost much of my upper muscle mass in the process albeit my core is awesome. I use this video to tone my upper body (with 5 lbs weights only to starts though), Really appreciate it.
