This workout is FIRE! Postpartum I am finding that the hardest part is to getting enough movement in through these early unpredictable months. Did this workout three times thru before surise as Babe slept. absolute amazing feeling! now I can show up patient and kind during the many hours of couch sitting. thank you Ash! big love from Lithuania
