Welcome to this 40 minute (or just over hehe) Vinyasa flow for balance and connection. In this ladder flow we use repetition to find a deeper sense of comfort and connection to our breath. We’ll enjoy some gentler postures mixed in with some more challenging balancing Asana. So take it at your pace, and stay with what feels good for you. Much love my friends, Ash x x
