Out of all the ab workouts I've done on KZbin, this one is still my favorite. I love the flow and structure of the workout. Would love to see another one like it ❤

Good ab and core workout. There’s no break she goes to each move right after it keeps your abs tight. My first time doing this so I needed to stop to see what the next move was. Now I will do it one more time and remember them all. I finished Lean & Tone today body strength workout. Love it. Workout ✅ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Member since March 2020. Thanks heather.

I pair this with your 8 min standing abs. It is changing me, I see amazing results even the morning after. I have tried all the popular KZbin Ab work outs and while Chloe Ting abs will challenge you consistently she doesn’t do repeat sets. And that seems to be the secret. Thanks so much!!!
