I really really want more with the band. I think it's the first time that i'm using them since I bought them 😂 and i love working out with you. Because you are honest and I feel like if it's painful for you and burning, it mean I'm doing it right too and that's keeping me going ❤

Thx Raven! Been a strong silent supporter of you after Love is Blind. I used to do pilates in ballet training over a decade ago, but you've motivated me to get back into it, and I feel like it's doing soooo much good for my body. Thank you!

One thing about pilates, it will humble you! Can't wait to do this workout until I master it. I loved learning different techniques with the bands, first time using mine. I would love a 7 day pilates challenge with raven, and eventually 14, then 30 day!

Absolutely loved working out with you!! You really make me feel better when you also admit that your muscles are burning and I love that I can do this at home with the resistance bands. Please more of these!

Loved this workout! Very simple moves but the resistance bands make it burn (in a good way). I’d love more of these workouts ❤

Loved this! This is also the perfect workout for travelling when the only equipment I can pack in carry on luggage is a band. Also your mom makes it look so easy, I'm over here sweating and grunting my way through while mama looking bored as she gets her foot over head 😂

That was amazing! Just what I needed to repair my body after having a baby. It’s hard to find a workout routine that is safe to do after having a baby. It’s so nice that you remind us of the correct form throughout the whole workout.

Amazing workout! 😊I would love if you could show some mistakes you could to on the other person during the workout just that we can make sure to do everything right! Especially when lifting the leg without the band I wasn’t quite sure if I do it correct
