As an ex Amazon driver, the snacks and drinks are a life saver. For me it was more the thought behind putting out snacks that mattered. I always brought water and snacks but to have a treat midway through a long day, can really uplift the mood Another bonus: your packages will get extra care if you put out snacks

Sitting here in Chicago at 26 degrees watching Nick run in Texas weather. Had to laugh at Nick trying to lift the Big Green Egg out of the box. Yeah not happening bro.😆 I have a Kamado Joe Smoker about the same size and it took 2 of us to lift that boy into the stand. Ceramic smokers can do direct and indirect. Your stone plate is used to cook indirectly and diverts the heat up and around the meat to smoke. If you want to cook direct you remove the plate and just use your grill grates. Definitely a learning process. It has taken me about a year to dial it in. Happy Smoking. Go one more brother. Great video as usual.

Question! I have noticed on several of your videos, you will do a compound chest exercise, then burn out with a pushup variant at the end. I know you said you will work out your abs often at the beginning of each workout no matter the day. However, are you doing other auxiliary exercises you aren't showing or did your workout in this video only consist of the bench press and the push ups? I ask because I have been experimenting with focusing on going harder on fewer exercises rather than trying to get so many different movements done in one workout. When I do this though, I'll often finish quicker and feel as if I am not going hard enough/spending enough time in the gym. Thoughts?
