Thank you for a wonderful workout! It was challenging and it felt good! I enjoyed the variations of footwork and the balance/core exercises. Your cues are very helpful to keep me focused. I have saved this and will do again.

Don't underestimate how good this class is. Amazing instructions. I did not have a roller as in the video so had to use a pilates ball. Think everyone needs to do this. Would love to know what type of roller this is. I have a small one. It's a bit to hard at times. Don't use it much. 🥰
