I had taken a break from step aerobics to do some other things (running, trx strength). I wanted to get step back into my mix & decided to do this workout again, 2 years later. I. Just. Love. Your. Workouts!!!! I feel so good right now after doing this one. It was a good pace, easy to follow, fun, & I feel like I just did a whole lot of good for my body! Thank you for all that you do for all of us Cdorner Fitness Fans! You're the best!

Even though I love advanced step aerobics, I get so much out of doing slower, basic workouts. I’m able to use risers & make my arm movements bigger, which makes me work just as hard if not harder than if I were doing a faster routine. So thankful for all your step workouts!!

I have and still continue to struggle through this pandemic. Not knowing if my craziness and bouts of sadness is due to the pandemic or the onset of Menopause/peri-menopause. Saying that, you have been a blessing to follow. Every bit of exercise/activity helps me through the blues . Much love and gratitude for your inspiration and step classes . love from the UK/London x

Thank you so much for all your videos. I did step aerobics in the 90's then got out of it when kids came along. I just got back into it and your classes are so easy to follow and my memory of the move names came back quickly. If you are a beginner Chris is a great person to teach you. I started with #1 & #2 and moving up slowly. I highly recommend subscribing to her and doing her workouts. She is easy to follow and a great teacher.

I really love these beginner workouts, Christina! You are a very good teacher and I am having a lot of fun! I am not supposed to run due to bulging discs in my back and this workout is perfect to replace running. I like strength training workouts and will look for yours, too. Thank you so much!!

I discovered your channel a few weeks ago, Chris. How marvelous you are! What a difference you have made in my middle-aged life. You are helping me to get fit. Absolutely loved this . Been on a weeks staycation in beautiful Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 and everything that holidays bring, well I did it all . Home a week and my fitness levels and energy levels were zero. The thought of getting on a step or any kind of workout just drained me mentally. Saying that, there’s no one else going to get me going but me, so I put your lovely face up on KZbin and picked a video, slower video just at random and did this. I honestly felt you put this one up for me knowing how down I felt . Obviously you didn’t, but you just connect with your audience hun. You really helped me today. Great workout as always! I love that I can build up such a sweat without any jumping! Thanks for posting so many of these videos. Looking forward to continuing to try other routines you offer. The choreography is always so fun! I love how it’s very dance-y. All of the repetition helps me follow along and keep moving without getting lost. Even when you’re repeating the same move, you combine different sections of the routine to keep our brains working hard and our bodies always guessing about what move is coming next!

I love this class! I have done it three times to get the steps in my head 😅 I am starting back in the gym world after lockdown and your positivity and energy sets you apart from a lot of the other videos I have seen online. For anyone coming to this video worried about getting started - don't! I had to take breaks after every 6 minutes when I first started, and only managed like half the moves but it gets easier the more you do it and you get fitter and being healthier has a positive impact on every other aspect of your life! 2 months later and I am on intermediate 😉 I still don't get every move but I am close enough 🤣

Love your videos. Wish I had found them a couple of years ago. You remind me of my Zumba instructor who made the classes enjoyable while getting an amazing workout. Thank you and keep up the great work! Happily retired and getting fit senior!!!

I did this today and it’s my second step class after doing most of your beginner tutorials. I loved it ! You are so easy to follow and it was just the right amount of difficulty and I never felt lost trying to follow you. Great work and thank you 🙏 😅

I knew today’s scheduled (04/23/22) intermediate/advanced step workout would be too advanced for me, so I did this one instead. It was perfect for my level. I’m so glad you offer so many choices! ❤️

Have not watched yet but commenting! Chris is a gem....her instructions and cues are fantastic. I love that she focuses on basic routines which help build our confidence...mind and body connection. I sweat profusely when I do her basic workouts.🎁❤️🏋️‍♀️👍🏾❤️🏋️‍♀️
