I’m completely new to this and have so many questions for anyone who knows anything. 1) how many exercises should I do in a gym session? 2) how long should my weightlifting session be? 3) how many reps is normal and does it vary between exercises? 4) how many sets is normal? 5) How long should my breaks be between sets? Ps. Sorry for all questions I have no clue where to start but want to improve myself so much!

1) since you’re a beginner, stick to around 3-4 exercises that you’re comfortable with and build these up 2) this depends, its up to you. But it should be at least 20-25 minutes in my opinion 3) for each exercise aim to do a 15x3 (3 sets of 15 reps each, with a short break of 30 seconds in between) 4) as mentioned above, around 3-4 sets is normal 5) 30 seconds, but after the set is done, you can have a few minutes before you move onto the next exercise Hope this helps!
