I struggle with isolation in covid and the fact that most of my friends and my partner died decades ago & the few I had left were so toxic and part of the old me I had to let them go . It's not easy but its worth it, if I can do it, anyone can. Learning how to live again at 58, looking around at my apt, my neighborhood, the people I I had in my life, where I work all made me realize the only way i could tolerate them all was to be high all the time. working on major changes and to accomplish the goals I set when I moved to NYC 35 yrs ago. thanks for your videos

Almost a month off weed and I feel all these benefits ! :) The biggest benefit I have felt in the last couple weeks is the quality of sleep and dreaming .. omg I feel like I'm dreaming for the first time in a decade and they are absolutely amazing! .. even if they are scary or bizarre sometimes its still mind blowing and I also find I need less sleep because the quality has increased so dramatically. Another favorite benefit is the 'follow through factor' that has increased productivity, I'm actually resuming tasks I started the day or days before.. I sometimes think weed was giving me ADD and I'm finding a great deal of focus returning.

I rarely crave weed whatsoever when I smell it out in public its crazy to think that was totally my driving around all high and finding every excuse I could to be in a place to sneak a toke.. speaking of that being able to travel and fly different places and not have to worry about all the bs of hiding your stash and sneaking around is like phenomenal! I feel like a normal person again.. if you're thinking about quitting just go for it, if you can make it past the first week keep going and keep going more after that the benefits are unreal!

Writing, journaling, and exercise helps. Quitting weed isn't "easy" but compared to quitting most drugs, it's easyyyy peasy I gotta say. Two things that really stood out was starting off with munchies, and then ending with no appetite (I started using it as an appetite suppressant because I was too lazy to eat). I have managed to quit cigarettes about 2 months ago after 2-3 years of smoking and now's the time for weed. This is my 4th day, I have been fantasizing a lot about quitting (also tried to do a few times before) but I never actually made the decision to do it. I'm also quitting alcohol with it, since it has also been a major problem for me for way too long now. That feeling in me that I could do a lot better than addiction finally won (had to go through a terrible acid trip, but at least it was extremely beneficial)

I hit 5 days off weed today and it's clear how it was negatively affecting me. I woke up more rested, I'm sharper throughout the day, I can remember more, I feel more motivated. The downside so far has been feeling bored again. When you're high, it's hard to be bored with anything. The good news is that I feel more motivated to be productive.

Today is my third day without smoking weed after 17 years of pretty heavy use. You're right about having more time. I had no idea how much time and energy I was actually using on my habit. It's very eye opening now that I'm aware. So thankful for this change. I appreciate you for making these videos, they have been very helpful to me in making this change 😃

I have anxiety and panic disorder and I'm currently on Xanax - one of worst drugs, I don't take large doses but I need to taper xanax and get my old life back! So I'm heavy smoker for 13 years now I'm 27 and I decided to quit it and start to exercise I had 2 surgeries and got 65 pounds in 2 years , I trained Tae-Kwon-Do for 12 years and I was fucking good I have more then 35 gold medals and 20-30 bronze and silver..... !eed fucked my sport career! and I started to hang out with ¨thugs¨ I was expelled from 2 high schools , In junior school I was 1 of 5 best students in whole school, then came street life - drugs partying alcohol fighting(that's reason why I broke my wrist and now I have like 60-70 % handicap hand)This is my 2nd day without weed and I already feel better ,less anxious and I can't sleep but I have decided to take control of my life again! Hope one day I'll become Tae-Kwon-Do coach to train kids and keep them from street life. Hope you all find inner peace and hope I'll find it! Cheers guys!

Not tryna be that guy but after smoking weed for 5 years I can understand why it’s illegal in a lot of countries. Weed addiction is a real thing. Don’t get me wrong it has its benefits for some people but when your smoking everyday just for the sake of it it can really mess you up. I was constantly shaking and didn’t understand why. I was always hiding away in my house on the weekends when I didn’t have work. Weed culture is overrated asf and it doesn’t tell you the negative effects weed addiction has on you. Only the positives. Fuck weed

Almost two weeks, doing great. I do have a little bit of like this sense of not understanding things a little and that's improving, like i get this feeling of confusion but as days go by I'm getting better, memory and other perception and brain functions are starting to get back at a steady pace. I also used to have like this heat in my brain that didn't let me sleep, slowly it's going away. I smoked. For a month smoking everyday getting high, even tho I didn't put much weed, I hope at four weeks I'll see even drastic positive changes.

For me it was visual at first colors seemed dull and after about 3 weeks colors seem more bright and vivid then they where while smoking. My workout times increased since now I can enjoy my workout instead of saying after I get done I'm going to smoke so I think I was rushing my workouts so that I can get high sooner.
