It's one of best exercise for shoulder! Mostly overhead fly n single hand concentration........i like it. Thank you Sir u r giving good point and one of the best exercise.

Better chin ups with developed shoulder strength because I have weight of 83 kg. refining muscles, strength is long term and better cuts. but here is the most important, we may train our self 5 days in week for other days. You should perform this game 1 or 2 time in a week. but not daily. and specially if you have lean and weak shoulders. this defiantly is the training with proper diet.
