Hi I’m looking for advice on my diet 👍 Hi for the past 4 months I’ve been on 2000 calories a day and I also burn 400 - 600 calories a day through my training, I’ve gone from 87kg to 73kg, losing around 1kg to 1.6kg a week I’m wondering if this is a normal weight loss ? I’m not overly hungry through the day and I still have lots off energy thanks for any advice 👌

I unfortunately do not know the name of this kind of Nike shorts, but I see this kind of Nike shorts also by many prof soccer players and different soccer prof clubs! So maybe it's a good idea to look on soccer fanshops of soccer clubs who have Nike as their match kit in your country?

Good question! What I have heard and learned, also from my fysiotherapist, is that your muscles need to REST at least 1 day in between you doing your work-outs, whatever you do in terms of work-out en also in terms of kind of muscles you train. So I recommend to do this, it is always better because your muscles only will GROW in REST en NOT during your work-outs!

This one you could do actually Daily as a Kind of Morning Ritual, but minimum 3x week if you want to see some results.
