I am vegeterian for over 38 years now. I have no problem being a vegeterian. Sometimes non veg people tell me I am missing out not eating meat and I will die fast. But no way. Their negative thoughts and answers does not affect me. I will continue to be vegeterian until I die. Great video. Thank you.

What?? You actually live longer,have less risk of diabetes, blood pressure and obesity on a whole food plant based diet. This is evidence based
@Rockey_VR3 жыл бұрын
Vegetarians have more chance to live more bcz if something good is in the body then only people die earlier.If you have doubt look at animals,they will not live till very old,they will die before very old.Nonvegetarians would have many good things in their body due to their diet.Less chances for Nonvegetarians to have a long long degenerated living up to a stage body become extremely old.If you are looking for a pathetic long living life then definitely vegetarian food is the best option.You may not understand what I am telling as you lost that sense from within your body due to lack of eating Non-veg food during the last 38 years.

@@Rockey_VR increased risk of death from high cholesterol, high bp, and diabetes doesn't seem like a macho thing that you are making. Maybe ,too much saturated fat is blocking your capillaries in your brain reducing your cognitive ability! Plant based diet gives you a healthy long life pal,calm down you have ingested too much crap and hence you speak so! That being said you are telling a story, I am talking about science.

@@WarriorOfTruth Definitely Veg only diet increases life(i already mentioned the reasons).It will only increase life span but it will reduce real Youth. May be it increase chances of diabetes and Bp.One thing you are telling is wrong.Nonveg won't increase Cholesterol,People eat Veg only diet only have more chances for more cholesterol.What science you are talking about?Did any science proved till now that Veg food is better to humans?I will tell you one important thing about Veg Diet.It is 100% correct.Its up to you to believe it or not.Veg only diet increases chances of mental diseases when compared to mixed diets.I don't have issues if you eat only Veg.I will definitely not stop eating Non-Veg based on any others opinion or even some science or findings.My decisions comes from inside not based on others suggestion.That awareness and surety is the beauty and also result of eating Non-Veg.

Can U please provide other proteins for vegetarians. I use Yves Soya ground in my stuffed peppers with brown basmati, rice, red kidney beans, lil spinach, mushrm, n shredded cheese on top n salsa in the mix. In Canada. I put sunflower seeds or chia seeds in my Cesar Salad n slivered almonds. Is Brown rice ok 4 diabetics or Indian low g I rice? Hard 2 find in Canada.

I make spinach salad with strawberries, feta cheese n walnuts but I need my dressing. I love fruits n salads but when mk Ind SABJI I eat rotis or rice. Mostly in winter I mk Soups, with beans, n vegies,pasta use Asian frozen veggies. Yum make 1 pot leave in the fridge n once a day have it. Make enough 4 m days. But I love moving sprouted, kala chanasprouted. How much should I eat these two. Per day for total daily intake. I am a 1 pot meal cook. Throw it all in n comes out good n easy.

Absorption rate of protein is defined. Protein in egg gets absorbed at 3g/3-4hr & whey protein is 10g/3-4hr. When we consume one scoop or 30g of whey protein it won't get absorbed completely as absorption rate is already defined to 10g/3-4hr. Unabsorbed 20g protein gets ended up in costly urine. Therefore, It's good if we consume 10g/3-4hr.
