I'll turn 60 next month and I did this, i did the whole 21 mins, i feel it in my legs for sure, am I suppose to feel it in my glutes, I couldn't squat a deep as I wanted but I do feel it. Great workout.

Seriously i love working out with you but I'm no dancer for a few months been unable to coz the steps are too much i keep getting confused i focus on steps can't get my workout done. It's really exhausting might sadly stop the workouts

@oldman0000 Slow the video down by clicking the "setting reel" top right corner of video, then select playback speed, then choose .075x or slower .050x and see if that helps with picking up the steps. 💜💞
