After that I left doing yoga because of my exams but when I got it checked in 2024 may it increased to 4.27.. I started doing it again and got tested after 2 months then it was 4 I guess I have to be consistent with it once again

Ok so let me tell you the whole story I am only 17 and I got tested in oct 2023 my tsh was 5.39 and then I started doing this yoga got tested in late Jan it came down to 2.27 then I stopped doing it which was my biggest mistake I got tested in May and it was 4.27 then I started doing it but maybe I wasn't consistent or idk why but in aug mid i got it checked again and it came down to 4.07 I try to do it regularly and will try to do it twice a day @venkatadari6616

Bharathi maam, I have a doubt. In surya namaskar section the daily practice makes me doing is less time. Means it takes me less than 6 min. Is time is important in surya namaskar.
