Thanks a lot - your solution of "not gripping with the finger, but with the palm" really helped me. The way you showed how pulling your fingers puts pressure on elbow too made lot of sense. I was doing that wrong, both for curls and pullup and started having little outer elbow pain for last few days. Now it's much better.

1) Start doing rotator cuff strengthening exercises 2) Do only decline bench press for few weeks preferably using dumbells 3) Do not do overhead shoulder exercises for few weeks. If things improve don't improve after few weeks than consult a good orthopedic doctor

Hi sir. First of all thanks for this video. I have the same problem but with the inner left of my forearm. Can this also be cured with the tricks you just explained in the video? I tried many medications for it but it doesn't gets cured. And it only happens in barbell curls.

Picked out just enough Hindglish to realize my problem was bad grip putting pressure on my fingers. In fact just before my elbow started hurting my middle finger got a sharp pain. Good video.
