It also very strange for me to watch your video in English as I am more tuned to your jokes etc but in English you are more like a teacher (serious). Haste khelte jo ban jaaye..... I love to discover all those 21 dishes you are going to present. VEry happy to know about it.

At most homes and weddings, traditionally onions are not used. Restaurants use onions. Bisi is hot, bele is dal, baath is rice. And its mysuru masalae dosay! Just a lil titbit. But glad you brought it here! Love your way of explaining and giving history of the dishes!!

I am so glad that you chose the dish from my region(Mysuru), though mostly Bangalorean . I have to try it as I have never done it. It was so easily available in Bangalore that I never learnt many things to cook but here in Poland, I miss so much that I am a big fan of yours and whenever I want to try something, I just visit your video and copy the dish. I have two Victorinox knives. One I got 9 years ago from a friend from Switzerland and I love the knife so much that from the past 9 years, the only knife I have been using is that one and even today it is so sharp. I bought another one for our trips during summer.

Thanks. Could you please give a shot out to my friend please. She sends it to me all the way from Hyderabad to Pune❤

That’s a very elaborate recipe made simpler. Amazing Chef. Just a quick question; Is the rice mushy like the khichdi or like a pulav?
