It can be a struggle to get up in the mornings, the heart can sometimes pin you to the bed but when I know I have a new boho class, I feel inspired and it’s like a friend saying come on let’s do this together, forever grateful to you xx

We can so relate to that- sometimes it feels like leaving the warm cozy bed is way less comfortable- but once you get on your mat and start moving, it always feels like the right decision!

I would love more like this flow! The length, the speed, the mix between stretching and strengthening is just perfect! It makes me sweat and gets my heart rate up but I still feel that sense of peace and stillness that you want from yoga! Xoxo

Legit pulled up the channel, planning to do a 60min practice and now I don’t have to find 2 of the 30min videos! Love when the universe aligns and delivers. Also, really enjoying that there’s a solid variety building of 45min+ practices.

This session kicked my butt. There were many poses that I couldn’t do. But I continued nonetheless and I felt proud for even attempting the hard moments, and felt a motivation knowing that as long as I keep practicing I will one day be able to do the things I currently find so difficult. That along with your approach and your words made this one of the best yoga videos I’ve ever followed. Thank you!

This is the longest practice I’ve ever done to date. I really enjoyed it and I have a deep sense of calm afterwords. Certain parts were challenging for me but I feel proud that I pushed through and tried my best every single move. Thank you for sharing your love and light with me.

I love this. I made a decision this time last year in lockdown to take at least 10 minutes every single day to stretch and breathe. It started off as a way to improve flexibility but one year later I cannot believe the benefits this has brought me. Thank you for your videos! ❤

Almost at the end of the pratctice I cried a lot , I could feel my anger, my frustration and anxiety leaving my body; and I could feel my body and mind releasing... It was incredible ❤ Your youtube channel helps me so much everyday, thank you for being ❤

This is more physically demanding than many of your other flows for me...and I love the challenge. Knowing I can improve with time and patience (seeing how consistency with your channel has gradually helped me grow over the past 10months) is a lovely feeling and goal to have. Even if the plateaus can be frustrating -I have a lot of alignment issues to figure out! -every so often I notice changes for the better and am grateful for your guidance, however remote, in growing stronger. I struggled with poor mental and consequential physical health but my recovery is only strengthened by your practices and message.🙏

Been going through a rough/chaotic time in my life and I've neglected yoga greatly for the past year. Lost much of my strength and flexibility, so this practice was a challenge for me. It's a struggle to get on the mat, but once I'm there, I'm glad I made it. Thank you, Boho Beautiful!

I deeply recommend that class for poeple suffering on period pain - TODAY was the first time I was not lying down with cramps. I think because of the stretching in the downer body somehow my uterus seemed to come out of that vicious circle of pain - thank you thank you thank you first time without painkiller

I really think this one of my favourite practices of all times!! This was really therapeutic for me today, both phisically and mentally. I started feeling down, worried and having pins and needles all over my body, and finished in a really relaxed state and feeling all that soreness completely melted away. An exceptional practice. An hour feels too long and like with attritional moments I sometimes am forced into a break - but I believe I may be able to work into it though I think the half hour ones are lighter hearted and funner. my love.

My first practice with you. A few challenges which I liked. Found that in shavasana you would pause and I would start to deepen but then jolted back as you began speaking again. Happened a few times. Would have liked a min or so silence but that’s a personal thing! Thank you so much. I will be back. 🙏

Great class as always. A little complicated but just what I needed. Did what I could with the movements and the "leave what doesn't serve you and let it go" was just what I needed to keep in mind.

Completed this one today :) ..... but definitely not for the first time. This is one of my absolute favorites. I have done this practice many times since it was released recently, and it has not failed me once. Physical or mental/emotional....this practice always recenters me.

What a wonderful class. I haven’t done yoga in over a year and after a day at work came home and made myself do it to start easing out my tight, achy legs. I felt heavy at the start but then lighter. Thank you so much for such a wonderful video. Joanne ❤

So good, so thoughtful, very articulate guiding us all in the inner body journey! Her warm sincere energy just radiates. She is the real deal!!!! Would love to attend an in person yoga retreat! Her 10 minute ab work outs are amazing too! I found her during the start of the pandemic, signed up for her series and have been following her since!!!
