Well, this was WAY harder than what I expected for a morning yoga, but I am glad I did it. It was really fun. Had to put my knee down in the second round of the lounges, though, as my bent knee was hurting 😂

Just finished this practice- thank you so much! I love that you practice in nature because it helps me feel more connected. I also really love that you do a voice over instead of talking while practicing. It REALLY adds to the experience & makes it so much more relaxing. I know that you released this practice on video two years ago, but today was my first time doing it with you. It was a definite challenge for my 65 year old body, but I did the best I could. I LOVE your yoga and meditation practices and do them every day. The two of you have brought me much peace and clarity into what is a difficult life right now. I hope to do yoga for as long as I possibly can and hope that you don't mind that I, as an older person, join you on the mat. Thank you so much for this challenging yoga practice.

I’m 65 too, born double jointed, and I find it a really good challenge. I’ll do it with modifications again to see if I can improve some. Better to be challenged than not 😊 I feel great! Thank you so much ❤ 🙏🏼 Namaste

No matter how much I practice, over 15 years now, I still can’t roll over my toes between up dog and down dog in suns. You have a slow, confident, controlled, precise form, in your practice. Namaste

When you said, ‘be the complete watcher of yourself’ in shavasana, I realized that I was rushing my life for no reason, but only made myself anxious. I am going to relax my mind from now on, and I hope that would make whatever I’m doing more enjoyable. Thanks for your great videos💚

Just finished this flow, I feel so at peace and in a meditative state, but I have to say keeping my toes pointed in down dog is difficult lol, thank you Juliana

I found this too - loved the class overall but really struggled at the beginning with rolling / down-dogs on tops of the feet. Would be helpful to have an alternative to this for those with more tender-feeling feet.

this was challenging! I almost gave up after the beginning sequence. I have weak wrists and told myself I couldn't do it. I paused the video, saw that the poses changed from using the wrists as much, and went back and finished it. definitely a rewarding and beautiful practice. thank you

What a difference from morning to night..tried this alongside the 14 days splits challenge this morning and was all over the place (had to just stop half way through). Picked up again this evening (outside this time) and with no distractions and although its a challenging practice for a beginner like me the whole routine flowed so much better (even managed to (sort of) get into a version of skandasana). The voice over is spot on as well, really helps to guide. Thanks!

The head shoulder and hip circles at the beginning gave me sensations of being travel sick so I didn't feel good for the rest. My intention was to be humble and listen to my body so I stopped 22 minutes in to let😮 the nausea subside. A humbling experience for sure 😅 Thank you for sharing

I always find if I haven’t done a twisted position in a while when I do I get this overwhelming feeling that I want to groan and cry. I push through though, when we came back to the twisted lunge again I felt no pain. I’m realising I must store so much emotion in this part of my body and this is an amazing release ❤

I firstly want to thank you for introducing me to yoga its a shame actually that i didn't practice yoga being an Indian . Wow! I have picked the right video. What brought me here was the 30 minutes, morning yoga, and the nature! I love nature so much. Before was so lazy to move.. But after doing this yoga, i feel so much energized and ready for the day. Lucky i have found this video. Beautiful flow (although it was hard for me doing the vinyasa on the back of my feet). Since I'm trying to recover from anorexia and I also need to gain weight so I can't workout so I thought yoga would be a great way to move my body and just cleanse my mind and honestly best thing I've ever done, I feel so good, my body is at peace and I don't struggle with back pain as much as I used to
