You literally made me sweat in this freezing winter.. I've no words to thank you enough for this super amazing workout.. it seemed so difficult but in the end my body was convinced that it has no choice so it eventually gave in for the practice.. am really really glad for having completed this though I had other thoughts coming in while doing.. all my love and gratitude your way and please upload more of such full body workouts. Am Soo glad that I finally got here. started doing yoga during quarantine period. Never Had i done yoga before in my life and it's not common in the part of the world that I live. I am do I th the 7 day challenge but I am also do I g it among with my normal workout routine with fitness blender. That includes a mix of hiit/cardio, strength and pilates. I find myself modifying half or most of the routines in these due to soreness and cramping in muscles (my butt). I am only able to do one of these videos a day. My goal is to see increased flexability in my shoulders and core strength for scoliosis. With three years of yoga I barely made a noticeable improvement in my shoulders. I need to set an intention deep inside my. Not just a hope. Here it goes. These are tiring videos but I find myself coming back trying again. Thank you so much.

I love this one! I am 48 and have been following your youtube channel for three years. I love when I can keep up with you! I struggled at first with the roll back up to chair, but I got the hang of it on the third try. Yay me! At some point I hope to work my way up to doing your more advanced videos. Really nice whole body warmup. Glute, Quads & Core-focused. Movements progressed nicely. I was looking for a Sunday, relaxing (read: REST DAY) flow because I am learning how to rest this active, physical body after weeklong yoga and fitness training, but my body +sang+ with this workout. The body getting oxygenated, activated, and yet not too long extending itself. The length was just right... my abs were burning at the end. Being a shorter 20-minutes, I don't feel overexerted. Going right into a Guided Meditation to balance now that my body received what it wanted LOL Thanks for your mention of the muscles being worked, your smile and example of breathing (modeling versus instructing), and the satisfying production quality (Welcome intro of place with music, naration, varying cinematopgraphy). Peace and fulfillment to your family and coworkers.

If you're planning to do this class and you see this comment before you start, you should spend at least ten minutes BEFORE pressing play to warm up your hamstrings with stretches and strengthening. This video jumps right into heavy hamstring work, so be safe.

Whoaw! I've been regularly working out for 1 month already but this is definitely new from all the exercises i've done. Totally challenging and i'm losing my balance every time.
